Important Notes:

  1. Press Alt + S anytime to Save your work.
  2. Press Alt + U to Submit your complete application. You can only submit your application once so make sure you've completed all the questions.
  3. To use NJ CBVI Scholarship Program you must be using Internet Explorer 8.0 or higher. This web site is best viewed in Internet Explorer. Mozilla FireFox is not supported at this time.
  4. You must register  to create a username and password so you can save your answers to the questions.
  5. Do not use the navigation buttons on your browser's toolbar. If you select the BACK or FORWARD buttons, your information may not be saved and you may have to fill out the questions again.
  6. If your computer is idle for 30 minutes or more, your session will "time-out" and you will lose all of your information.
